The AACC operates three standing committees — all advisory and recommendatory in nature. No committee has independent executive authority.
Supports and reviews participation-oriented development initiatives. Recommends programmes to the Governing Council for consideration. Advisory only.
Reviews membership applications and makes recommendations to the Governing Council. Admission ultimately requires dual affirmative consent of both Founding Offices. Advisory only.
Facilitates stakeholder engagement and institutional partnerships. Reviews collaboration proposals before submission to Council. Advisory only.
