The AACC does not issue binding rules, regulations, sanctions or directives applicable to national cricket boards,
leagues, associations, clubs, players or officials. The AACC operates solely as a facilitative, advisory and
collaborative institutional platform.
The highest institutional authority of the AACC. Permanent ex-officio Chair of the Governing Council. Exercises casting vote in the event of deadlock on all matters, including Reserved Matters requiring dual affirmative consent. Appointed for life under Article V of the Charter.
Head of the Secretariat and custodian of all governance records. Permanent ex-officio member of the Governing Council. Responsible for financial oversight, administrative coordination and charter compliance. Appointed for life under Article V of the Charter.
Elected Governing Council members will be listed here following the Council’s inaugural convening. Admission is by Reserved Matter requiring dual affirmative consent of both Founding Offices.
